Udalenno is a small international recruitment agency. We’re specializing in hiring virtual professionals for remote work. Our mission is to help entrepreneurs to save their time and money in hiring remotely. We truly believe and enjoy remote work, so this position is also 100% remote. And now we are hiring a Recruitment assistant.
We are looking for the candidate who:
Has C1/C2 level of English (all the communication is in English with the candidates and inside the company)
Is very empathetic and loves to understand the psychology of people
Loves communicate with different kinds of people
Is flexible and positive
Is very polite to others
Main responsibilities:
Communication with the candidates: interviews with the candidates, chats, checking their English skills, interviewing their references
Creating a list of interviews questions for every candidate
Writing the job descriptions for job postings
Writing blog posts about recruitment
Assisting with different small tasks for the director of the company (marketing mostly)
What kind of people wouldn't you like to hire? Describe them.
Don’t stick to the schedule (miss deadlines)
Not good at following directions
What do we offer:
The job could be 20 or 30 hours per week depending on your availability (we agree how much you want to work in advance) 
Your salary depends on the number of hours you want to work
The weekend is always free 
Interesting training and paid courses
The work is mostly in English, so you can practice your skills every day
Contract with paid vacation after the training period (14 days)
